How many people can you train at once?
Workshops work best with groups of 4 to 12 people from the same team or function. Smaller groups mean we can tailor examples to the actual work each person does rather than keeping things generic.
What format do the sessions take?
Hands-on workshops, not lectures. Every session ends with each participant having built something they can use the following week. We run them in-person or remote depending on your team.
How do you tailor the content to our team?
Before each workshop, we spend time with the team lead to understand the tools they use, the tasks that cost the most time, and what "AI at work" looks like for their function. Content is built around real examples, not generic prompts.
What if some people on our team already use AI?
That's fine. We meet people where they are. Early sessions establish a shared baseline; more advanced participants move faster and often become internal champions who support their teammates after the engagement.
