Clean Your CRM with Claude

Here's one for the sales managers.

Last month I connected a client's Claude to their HubSpot and asked: "Which of these deals are actually real?"

Couple minutes later, I got a list. Half the deals marked "active" were stale, duplicated, or missing the field that made them forecastable. Time for a cleanup.

What most people get wrong about AI in sales is that AI is the upgrade.

But it isn't: it just makes your mess more visible.

A clean CRM was valuable before Claude ever touched it. A pipeline a manager can read without pinging three reps. Better reporting. Shared knowledge across inside and field teams.

You go from everyone playing single-player to a multiplayer team, just playing on the same board.

Claude on top isn't magic. It's the payoff for finally having a system humans could read.

No, the part that most people miss with AI is that it should rarely be a one-off.

Cleaning your CRM is a project. Keeping it clean is a system.

The rules we applied to clean it further became a workflow, which we automated to auto-detect any non-compliant entries. The overnight guardian.

Everyone posts about the cleanup. Almost nobody builds the guardian that checks again tomorrow.

So, sales managers: what's the one field your team never fills in?

These articles come from real builds.

evoilabs helps leaders and their teams spend their time where they add the most value, and builds the systems that quietly handle the rest.
