Book a call

The meeting machine.

Ten minutes before the call, a note is waiting: where you left things, what they care about in their own words, one objective, three questions. After the call, the follow-up is drafted before you stand up. Every meeting on the calendar, the same. It starts with one prompt.

What it replaces.

The starter prompt.

Open a fresh Claude or ChatGPT session before your next real meeting. Paste this first; it will ask for the two inputs it needs.

I have a meeting in one hour. Prepare me.
First, ask me who it is with and what I want from it, one line each.
Then ask me to paste our last email thread and my notes from the previous conversation.
From that, give me a prep note with four parts:
five lines on where things stand, the three things they care about most
in their own words, one objective for this call, and three questions
that move it forward. Keep it under one page; I will read it five minutes before.

Make it stick.

  1. Five dated lines after every meeting. Written in the same place, every time. Those five lines are next time's input; the machine runs on them.
  2. Same prep shape every time. Where things stand, what they care about, one objective, three questions. A familiar shape reads in thirty seconds, even between two calls.
  3. Wire both ends. Prep tomorrow's meetings from the calendar the evening before, and draft the follow-up from the same notes before you leave the desk. One conversation, both ends covered.

The same notes feed a second system: roll a week of them up and you are halfway to The Monday brief.
